Beginning January 1, 2019 the association dues is $475 annually per household.

Invoices are sent to all homeowners and must be paid in full by January 1st.

The collection policy for delinquent accounts was adopted by the board effective May 24, 2007.

Unpaid dues accrue interest each month at a 12% annum rate.
