All homes in Abbey Road were originally built with cedar shake roofs. You may replace your roof with another cedar shake roof without explicit approval by the board or Architectural Control Committee (ACC) per the CC&R.

If you wish to replace your roof with material other than cedar shake you must submit your choice to the ACC for approval prior to installation.

To submit a request for approval, send e-mail to the board at board/at/abbeyroadhoa/adot/org. Click on the previous link then edit the e-mail address in the TO field, replace /at/ with the '@' sign, replace /adot/ with a '.' so that the e-mail address resembles someone@abbeyroadhoa.org
